What exactly is psychopathy? How does it develop? Is it genetic?

Also can you suggest me some good books or documentaries on psychopathy? I want to read about it's history and treatment for a report.

I doubt that's a psychopath. That's most likely a bitter dude lashing out for attention as an Internet psychopath, sort of like donning goth clothes and wearing inverted-pentagram necklaces.
The overwhelming majority of genuine psychopaths aren't sadists. They're mostly indifferent to the pain of others. They also don't wear their psychopathy as some newfangled identity.

These aren't official clinical terms, but one of the diagnostic traits of psychopathy is indifference toward or callous unconcern for the suffering of others, whereas a sadist actively enjoys the suffering of others. Basically, the overwhelming majority of psychopaths don't give enough of a shit about the suffering of others to enjoy it.

I'm curious what side OP's pic falls on. Are they into witnessing the trauma experience that deep and extreme loss can inflict OR about how the parent-child relationship is the original cringe (because when a parent grieves they reveal all their glorified imaginary perspectives of their child) and OP's pic finds it funny when parents talk about how everyone should've taken their own child just as seriously. The cognitive dissonance between emotional presentation and imagined consequences is, I believe, the answer one is looking for.

There is many opinions from psychopathy being a variant brain structure to developmental disorder to a personality disorder
It is genetic. Primary psychopathy it is a innate/born condition and secondary psychopathy or sociopathy it is a trauma induced condition with genetic basis

Most clinicians I do not think will actually use these terms and will lump it under antisocial personality disorder, i.e in most places you will not be diagnosed as 'a psychopath'
