Not as much as confirmation bias seeking! That's what all the successful people do anyway.

Meditation even for 5 minutes helps a huge amount.

It is a unique period of stable interpretation dependent on a chemical, so when used with discipline and intention then yes. Sort of like opening up an extra fuzzy channel that you can use like extra dimensions storage. Not as clear and crisp as not high, but still very useful if approached and interacted with correctly.

I would agree that it provides a base structure for attention as a raw tool of observation and value for the individual. Having 5 calm stable minutes of attention under your control a day helps remind you at other points during the day you can just as easily have that level of control if things get out of hand.
