tl;dr third-party actors have been using unsecured routers to map the interiors of US embassies (and presumably other secure locations) using high frequency EM and acoustics. 'Havana Syndrome' has been an unintended side-effect where coil-spring matresses have acted as antennae and ended up blasting sleeping personnel. It is now safe to assume that every US embassy on the planet is now compromised.
