its not the same as drinking from a well. hard water is usually rich in calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate which is what you find in here, but it also has trace minerals including zinc, magnesium and other things which this reverse osmosis then remineralized water doesn't provide. there's a reason why athletes don't like it. also possibly why coke makes you feel like shit compared to other brand lines
