A few months ago I had a thread on how my mental issues increase when I eat foods high in gaba. People said that my symptoms were psychological and there's no way food can have that effect on you.

Examples were, when I eat things like peanut butter or grains, I experience adhd symptoms such as songs getting stuck in my head hours and I can't focus on anything. Can people redpill me on this or tell me more about it because I'm starting to not believe it. Yesterday I was desperate for calories because I'm trying to gain weight. I ate a few spoonfuls of peanut butter and it's been so hard for me to focus today.

By the way, I had these symptoms back before I even knew about this. It wasn't until I cut these things out of my diet that my symptoms improved.
