The number of registered voters is definitely not a multiple of 1000 in all these states. So my provisional conclusion is that this data is totally made up.

I only bothered to check on Nevada's statistics, which are based on registered voters up to 11/2/2020. It didn't track voters who registered at the polls, therefore it's not a true tally of registered voters.
