The official reports are downplaying all side effects, it's only about 50% protective against the same strain of trhe virus
in the event of the virus mutating your immune system won't recognmise it to fight it off due to only being trained ti the spike proteing instead of a dozen or so other antigens that it wouuld develop against a natural disease infection.
Antibody dependent/paradox enhancement was found to occur in the animal studies carried out decade ago.
