Not related but space looks very different in different frames of reference. Specifically as you approach the speed of light the background microwave is shifted to visible and space looks white. Doesnt imply a change on physical laws but indicates a universal zero speed.

But it is "dragged" by a medium, as consequence of addition of velocities
