Like what are the factors that we call something alive?

I have been playing with that thought around alot, and i come to the conclusion that life, is actually the only form of Existence that is capable of Observing Past events and predicting future events, thus capable of Perceiving time.

If that'd be the case then Computers could also be considered "alive" to a certain degree.
