So what I do is trim the facial hair very short with the beard trimmer and wash the face with plain soap and water everyday, as well as get exercise, which is all sufficient to prevent conditions to arise that cause the irritation/redness.
tl;dr wash with plain soap and water. Pat dry. Improve diet and exercise. That is all
