I suffer from to much D 12. Cause I am an snow nigger in the south (austria). My brother and my granny tried to force me to eat vitamin tablets containing D12. Does this happen in your country?

You cant have too much B or D vitamins from natural sources... You cant be out in the sun too much. Theres no way you can get a D overdose through your skin.

Only supplements can cause that shit.

Read what foods provide you with what Minerals and vitamins and fats/oils.

Eat Lentils, carrots, Broccoli, spinach, Cheese, Lettuce, Onions, Eggs, meat(a healthy mix of chicken and beef/pig/whatever) Basedmilk, Kidneybeans, Potatoes, bananas and you got most of your vitamins.&minerals. Also hang out in the Sun for Vitamin D
