Why aren't developed nations investing in carbon scrubbers? Even if they're not efficient enough to put us where we were 200 years ago, you'd think they could at least dramatically slow the rate at which the PPM is changing, which should ease up any big weather shifts until we can begin to actively return the climate to an earlier state.
