If theres a theoretical limit to how huge a planet can be (10 times jupiter) then would a universe with bigger physics laws in the constant and stuff that make up those limit permit lets say planets x10000 the size of Jupiter. Or smaller physics with like planets thw size of a marble and the sun the size of a football. How do we even know if we are giants or microscoping beings
