Should /sci start a scientific journal and publish papers? Pretty much all modern journals can trace their origins to Robert Maxwell, so it’s not like any of them had perfect beginnings

Only work if there is a RAW section of the journal and REVIEW section of the journal.

RAW is where EVERYTHING gets published.

The publications that are actually worth a damn, will go to the REVIEW section and actually receive review and criticism.
