What Electives should I take for first year of uni?

Going into Pharmaceutical Chemistry, I need to take 2 electives per semester.

don't bother taking another STEM course, take something easy and interesting. I took easy bird courses and ended up doing worse in them because I couldn't be arsed to do anything in that class. Philosophy type electives I personally found to be the best company to STEM courses and to actually be interesting. Also philosophy isn't hard, after you've spent time memorizing molecular pathways.

Yeah, I definitely don't want to take anymore hard/STEM courses than I have to. I'm thinking of learning a new language like German.

Also, are Breadth requirements real or just suggestions?

philosophy courses do get harder, but in all honestly the field of philosophy is so analyzed already if you have a dense reading chances are someone has a summary and analysis of it.

never took any, but from what I hear from friends they can be a lot of work, since those are courses psych majors take. Also my gf works as a nurse in sunny brooke at the mental health unit. Jordan peterson was admitted there because he was a threat to himself and the people around him, so chances are you won't get a course with him anytime soon.

Either something which gets a minor (tons of EEs I've known ended up getting math minors because it was only like 2 extra classes) or just something you're interested in. Also preferably something with girls but whatever.
