how do I scientifically improve my memory? I don't dream at night, I have forgotten most of my childhood, I have forgotten most of what I learned in school, and I have difficulty remembering my own mother's face. I also can't recall things during conversation.

I have a few theories about what caused this.
1. I used to sleep with my blanket over my head because it was cold at night. Decreased oxygen intake might have led to brain damage (even though everyone illogically pretends that sleeping with blanket over head is okay to do)

2. trampoline usage when I was a child. I used to jump around for hours and the action might have led to multiple micro concussions

3. undiagnosed adhd

what scientifically can be done about this?
