>>13410497IQ = intelligence quotient factor, not intelligence.
Whats the difference? Intelligence is own's knowledge in life about variety of subjects. IQ is the multiplier factor between all the subjects.
For example. I am intelligent about computer programming, I make programs casually. While you may not have a hint of intelligence on what programming entails. Your IQ maybe 160 and mine maybe 130. IQ doesn't tell who's intelligent, but rather how much of a factor it is.
Imagine if someone has an IQ of 100 and another person has an IQ of 200, but they both have similar level of understanding on how to make a pizza. You would say, both have same level of intelligence on making a pizza. IQ factors in on things like how long it took to make a pizza, what other things did the person learn in the same learning process (assume both took the same pizza making class), what their plans are for utilizing the knowledge on how to make a pizza, and so on.
Higher IQ allows you to throw bigger net in capturing knowledge and increasing your intelligence. Everyone can get intelligence from just trying hard, but hardwork+highIQ leads to the most success. Relying on IQ alone makes you stupid. Without hardwork, its useless.
