I get pretty severe pain in my wrist, specifically on my right hand, which sucks, because of course I'm right handed. Funnily enough, it doesn't happen at all in my left hand.
What is more important than the paper to me is my pencil. I need those large pencils that kinder-gardeners use. They're easier to hold and don't hurt my wrists quite as much, although they're a bit annoying too.
