what does "extraordinarily big" mean exactly in the context of the numbers being discussed? what might "major findings" constitute?
and why is it impossible to count votes accurately? it seems like there should be some way to insure accurate counting on scales this large because other counts of similar or greater magnitude are achieved regularly, but applied mathematics has not achieved accurate counting in this sphere of math yet.
