Yes, they do their own research as well as funding research at academic institutions, which is thankfully becoming less crucial as aging research is increasingly recognized and funded by government grants. You can read about their research in their newsletter and annual reports. That said, given that the biggest roadblock is lack of official recognition that aging can be treated, PR is incredibly important in this area.
