It’s a combination of larping /pol/tards and people who are suffering actual adverse effects. The things you’ll read on there will be massively skewed towards talking about vaccine harm simply because people who take it and feel completely fine won’t feel the need to find a community of other people experiencing the same thing. By any measure it’s not a good representation of the proportionality of symptomless vaxes and ones which trigger adverse effects.

Optimistically about 75% genuine, though it's been heavily trolled by /pol/tards and MAGAlets.
VAERS is more reliable -- anyone can submit a report, but there's a huge risk in submitting a fraudulent report, and the COVID studies I've seen based on VAERS haven't called out any fraud.
