Maybe I'll be eating my words in some years /sci/ but I currently see Quantum Computers going absolutely nowhere.

I just don't see a way to ever deal with the amount of noise.

What's worse, I believe that most people working in the field know damn well that they are going nowhere and at this point are just milking that research money which they get because they promise extraordinary things and show complicated math that gets the Normies hyped up.
