Mathematics is disciplined mental processing of sensory input prioritised before applying things like culture or context. It is more accurate to say mathematics is a universally non-destructive filter which can be applied to raw data.

From a given set one derives the count of its elements/objects, the criteria for pivoting, a measurement of the average in order to categorise the set effectively, and so on.

It achieves this by focusing on representative quantities (numbers) and operations one can perform on those representations. This is the most basic interaction of the form of have-a-thing and do-a-thing without getting personal bias involved.

I would say none of it. Mathematics is literally the weakest of the sciences because it all depends on how you are taught to perceive and count the world. This is why it's teaching has been so fraught with oppression in the past. Once people realize that 2+2=5 then they realize that there's nothing holding math together at all.

Mathematics is the study of relationships. (I don't think the definition can be narrowed down more than that).

This is to say that math is as real as it gets,
but reality is more so. Logic breaks down,
contradictions are plentiful, what's ideal for

That's not really an argument. What's really true will eventually be sifted from the noise. As was the case if Copernicus' day. People came around not because they arbitrarily selected one quack's idea above all others, but because said idea repeatedly stood the test of scrutiny by many faceless others. Right now, ideas like the one you espouse can't even be tested. This is the key difference.
