I was looking at used books in a store and found this recipe written in the front of a cookbook. It's clearly not edible and there are some chemicals I don't really know anything about, from what I can tell it's some kind of folk remedy for minor cuts/scrapes and boils. If I make or use this is it going to kill me?

"Drawing Salve"
2 oz pine rosin
Equal amount of turpentine enough to dissolve over heat
1/3 equivalent of sweet oil [no idea what this is]
Carbolic acid to make a paste
Petroleum jelly to consistency
Make on a cold day and jar in small glass containers
