>>13393235From my understanding, DMT is just a fact acting potent psychedelic that just scrambles your brain's pattern recognition. In that scrambling, you try and find patterns in what is essentially random imagery that your mind is producing due to the drug. This is why different people see different things depending on what they believe in. A christian might see god, a Buddhist might see buddha, a schizo psychonaut might see machine elves, etc.
It's also not seeing into something supernatural, as the effects of the drug are consistent among humans. That's why images like the OP exist, they serve as a semi-accurate visual of the type of visual a human would see after smoking DMT, depending on their beliefs.
