Sinovac and Sinopharm (this one is better than Sinovac) are made with very old very well known technology, that is why they are safe. It's not mrna vaccines like Pfizer, and they don't use a vector like Astrazeneca, J&J, Sputnik. They are like the yearly flu shot, inactivated vaccines

In that regard, it's pretty much one of the worse vaccines, because of its low effectiveness, not because it's not safe.
