If a lot of shitty people got a proper treatment (it usually has a neurological and genetic basis, and certain specific ethnic groups contribute to the absolute majority of cases of criminals, parasites, scum, pedos...), it could work the same way open source (should) work(s):
It's openly available but it's a good practice to reward the inventor voluntarily, give preferences in job openings (because you know the guy), call him for opportunities where his skills are useful, ... this sort of trust-based system doesn't work with subhumans (including jews, arabs, half-jews, niggers, latinos, ...).
