it's no 100% in the right side, it's like 95 %. Very rarely I feel the urge to twitch one muscle or another on the left side. The only exception to this would be the face muscles, which I twitch both on both sides. I've had tics for more than 10 years, but only in recent years I've noticed this right side preference, I don't remember if it has always been like this.
