"Male" and "female" refer to "sex". Sex is a biological category determined by contributions from both your chromosomes and you hormone levels. Sex is a scientific concept that is fixed at birth in human and cannot be changed by any social or medical process.
Since gender is a made up social construct it has no relation to biology, so it is true both men and woman can have cervical cancer. However, biologically speaking, only females can get cervical cancer.
So next time you hear some stupid chud saying that "males can get cervical cancer", make sure you explain that they're a stupid transphobic redneck and they don't understand the difference between sex and gender. Gender is just a social construct, and you are free to claim you're any gender you want, because gender has no connection with biological reality. However, sex is fully determine by out biology, and only biological females can develop cervical cancer.
