It doesn't really matter if you get spike protein from vaccine or spike protein from virus, besides the fact virus load is higher and damage greater if you get infected by virus
Pfizer doesn't use naked spike protein at all, so I'd recommend that if that's your concern
unless you will never leave your home and force everyone around you to keep wearing these dumb masks, there's 100% certainty you will get it eventually and while some long-term side effects from vaccine are possible, the long-term side effects from virus (aka post-covid syndrome) are objectively more common and more severe
