Is it possible to induce this without subjecting myself to physical torture? Could a combination of very high doses of lsd, shrooms, mescaline and dmt all at the same time induce this? I can get this stuff but I don't want to blow over 1k on something that isn't going to do the job.

I have extremely low virtually non existing self confidence/self esteem I've tried therapy CBT and such nothing works and I'm too old now to continue being this shy. My only option is to induce a permanent personality change.
