The only stuff that sounds good to me is genetic engineering and space exploration. All the other shit literally sounds dystopian. I am a biological organism, and I will always be a biological organism. VR is not real and never will be real (metaphysically speaking, obviously the technology will be real, but the experiences it produces aren't). Even "immortality" has serious draw backs, both from a moral perspective and a biological perspective (senescence evolved for a reason).
I mean imagine thinking that video games are so important and rewarding, that you would literally end you existence as a biological organism in order to upload your mind to the cloud so you can spend the rest of your life playing vidya.
