Well, I do think it's generally accurate to say that openly expressing attraction towards a woman does constitute a form of objectification, at least within the context of western societies because these societies have normalized patriarchal values to the point that that operate subconsciously, so generally we can't help but express our attraction in a misogynistic and objectifying manner.

Wanted also to add that if you were to do that with no future intentions other than something sexual, THAT is objectification.
