Sub 10% is where you start to struggle because you need that body fat for important hormonal shit, which is why even bodybuilders only dip into single digits briefly before a competition and then go back up around 10-12% to comfortably maintain, and you'll also experience a loss in strength if you stay in the range Brad Pitt was for Fight Club.
