We know that IQ is about 80% heritable (Source: https://www.altcensored.com/watch?v=w3y2SDpIEhE).
So let's say two people with an average IQ of 130 breed.
Using 100 IQ as baseline, the children will have an average IQ IQ of 100+0.8*(130-100)=124 (regression to the mean)
(Btw this is already questionable since your immediate family with an IQ above the baseline is weighted more heavily than the baseline of the background population)
Anyway, the question of this thread is how to max the other 20% of the IQ factors?
This may become a recurrent thread (maybe even a general) with enough traffic so future parents will know what to do.
Results until now:
-loving household (!) -> creates high trust environment and the child talks more etc.
-exercise (!) -> increased blood flow to brain,
-breastfeeding (!) for up to 2 years (first 6 months only breastfeeding, then add solid food)
-intellectual hobbys (!), for example chess, music, drawing/painting, reading, ...
-practice motor skills (!?), for example juggling, unicycle, skipping rope, ... (it's like exercise + intellectual exercise)
-healthy diet (!), always get enough: vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, meat(?) and fish(?), ..
-language (!), i've read that growing up bilangual is bad because you don't really master one language, which is important for deep thoughts.
Notice: Most non-heritable IQ-potential is actualized during psychological development of the child. So between 1-4, maybe some between year 4-10.
