I used to go for weeks without brushing my teeth as a white hikikomori, and multiple dentists always told me my teeth were very straight, in good condition, no cavities, etc. (I'd brush when leaving the house, of course). I brush them once a day now, aside from the occasional lazy Saturday or Sunday. Still no dental problems.
I even had whitening done in-office and have carbamide peroxide home maintenance. A few chicks have complimented me on my teeth. Different people have different risk factors.
Dunno how people brush twice or more a day, honestly. What a tedious chore. I actually doubt that more than 5% of people do brush twice or more a day, yet the vast majority of people will claim to. I put it in the nose-picking and fart-sniffing category of self-report.
