your testes have to work on synthesizing new swimmers instead of recycling old ones. idk if anyone has done a break down on which process is harder or easier, but really theres essentially no effect on the body. I think the furthest you could go is maybe working your balls too much could increase the risk of cancer.

All of the DNA in your sperm is being put together when the sperm cells are built. DNA is made as needed on a cellular basis.
