I have a very minimal understanding of EM theory, but I am genuinely trying to understand this, so please spoonfeed me
On paper, at least to my limited knowledge, cell phones/towers emit lower frequency waves with lower power at typical distances, compared to the average light bulb, and thus should be less dangerous
So (why) should I be scared? Surely if the IEEE researched this, there must be something else to consider here
