Best hormonal stack for brain gains

Hello friends, I am currently on Testosterone Enanthate 500mg and Raloxifene 60mg albeit I take the ralox inconsistently.

I want the best possible combination for brain gains. Obviously this means no AI, from my research I was thinking I would take:

Testosterone
Progesterone
Raloxifene
HCG

Would this be suitable for brain gains or is there something else? Thanks lads
