For anyone that doesn't believe evolution what is some absolute evidence against it? What about the fossils and stuff, as you can probably guess I don't know a lot about this stuff but I'm trying to figure this stuff out. Thanks :)

i thought you were asking for evidence against "disproving evolution".
what is an argument for why evolution is not real?
i guess, irreducible complexity.
also, the issue that we struggle to make artificial life in a lab, so anything relating to abiogenesis, and the flaws with the RNA world hypothesis.

evolution is a fact. things evolve. there are many species of dog which were once wolves.
the cows we have now are not the cows which were once wild.
broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, all do not exist in nature and were evolved by means of artificial selection.
evolution is not something you cannot believe in. it's akin to saying you do not believe in light, or math. it's a thing that is real.

Personally I have issues with how nebulous a lot of it is. You date a rock layer by the animals in it yet you know how long ago that animal is by carbon dating, which is also notoriously inaccurate. I'm not going to die on this hill here but that's my 2 cents.
