Teaching math to children has convinced me of homeschooling my kids.
I have worked as a private math tutor for some years now and I have realized that if you don't treat children like morons they can actually understand "advanced" (Not really advanced but advanced for school standards) concepts pretty well.
Experience has shown me that you can teach even very young children things like naive set theory and straightedge and compass constructions.
Most nine year olds can learn calculus if you actually try to do your job as a teacher.
So tell me /sci/, why would you send your children to school to be lobotomized?
