Ex: You could uncook a steak if you somehow managed to both:
-completely observe every aspect/state change of the steak as it was heated and
-induce a serious of kinetic reactions to work back all the events that resulted in the steak being cooked.
That being said, the amount of energy involved in that kind of observation and subsequent reversal of events would require much more energy than just the cooking of the steak... and in anycase, it would definitely raise the overall entropy of any volume that included it as well as the steak it was working on.
