Im literally talking to myself all the time in my head. It makes me really anxious and nervous especially in social situations because I overthink everything and question every little thing I do or say.
When Im trying hard I can stop this and I feel much calmer and more focused.
Anyone else had experience with this? I heard that there are people who do not have some kind of inner voice but I really cant imagine how that feels.
