Kidney Stones = Calcium Oxalat
The obvious ways to reduct the chance of getting them is to consume few Calcium and Oxalat heavy foods. Calcium is mostly found in milk products and Oxalat is mostly found in Spinach and Rhubarb.
Evade those foods and drink a lot and you will be safe.
