That said there are intelligent and stupid people of every race and people should be treated as individuals. But we shouldn't be surprised when controlling for the environment we find the stats aren't the same for each group. Let alone do something as dumb as treating them by their skin color to even out the numbers.
Judge people by the content of their character (of which plenty is genetic) but not by the color of their skin.
