An empaths wrath can be rather harsh in fact because they feel like they have been so kind and caring and when they feel like their kindness was mistaken for weakness and they have been taken advantage of they can turn their emotions off like a switch to destroy their enemies.
That being said, being a sociopath gives no significant advantage in most work places, what did you have in mind?
