No. Trivium and Quadruvium are not occult or (specifically) theological.
Its pure academic, studying the relation of fields of study (University). Polymaths are often (naturally) viewing thing from a Quadruvium (Left/Right and "orthogonal", which can be repeated infinitely (Example: hot and cold, but pressure/vacuum can Also effect temperature)).
Trivium is viewing things from a Left/Right extremes always having a middle point. Where most see "2" directions, edges plus center equals "3".
So...1+1=3 is accurate and factual but closer to what people think of as a physics equation.
