the uk has a very similar diet nowadays but isnt as obese on average as the usa as they walk more.
i think the texan diet doesnt help though. thats where most of the hotspots are
there will have to be a novel solution to fix this now as infrastructure and commerce is basically forcing/reinforcing the unhealthy behaviour. what that could be i dont have a clue sorry
