Eventually they will become the majority and the overall birthrate will increase. Look at Israel, where secular/moderate Jews are out-reproduced by the Ultra-Orthodox to the point that the birthrate has risen from 2.7 to 3.1 as they become a bigger and bigger part of the population.

It's because we went to their place when they were in their tribal period and brute forced them into the industrial age with no serious effort whatsoever to thoroughly adapt their mindsets to this rapid change in environment and then did a shit job pulling out of it when our societies all of a sudden rose above slavery and colonialism.

I'm NOT pushing blame, it's just been the natural outcome of events in regard to standards of their time and we happen to live in the age now where it is very immoral not to clean up after our self because Africa in it's state right now is what we created.
I think Ian Smith and Rhodesia were as close to fixing Africa as we ever got.
It's a shame that it fell and didn't become a posterchild for how to turn African states into independent economical powerhouses. Britain could have had a strong ally by dropping the embargo and the US could have spared themselves Vietnam and gained the entirety of Southern Africa for their cause in the cold war.
But nobody listened to him that it takes time, time to educate an entire population, to change mindsets around to be compatible with the modern world and to be fair the natives were never asked if this is what they really wanted which in itself is forcing democracy on them^^

Tell me of at least ONE African university that is producing world class scientist, engineers, and mathematicians.
Name the African city that relatively crime free, where the water from the tap is clean, where electrical power works all the time, where people are employed, prosperous and excitedly looking to the future.
Tell me about the company founded by black Africans that is world class, that is growing, that is well run, that people from around the world are eager to work at.

Solar and wind are already set to be cheaper than fossil fuel burning for electricity.
Human population is set to DECREASE everywhere EXCEPT Africa.
Transportation is switching from combustion to electric.

IF we can stop the African population bomb and develop fusion energy then reversing climate change due to human caused pollution is doable.

Wars are almost non-existent (China need stop having a hard-on for Taiwan) , food production is increasing, populations are stable and decreasing EXCEPT for fucking Africa!!

Africa is underpopulated, tons of space can be cleared out, and the Sahara can be reengineered with basic farming.
