As I explained, hasn't=/=can't. And there have been many empirical tests of CDM cosmology, such as the powerspectrum of the CMB. There is just no particle, but that isn't the only test available.

There is also no observation of any modified gravity effect in the solar system or any QI bullshit.

Our solar system is too small to see effects of QI.
There is evidence of QI if you look at wide binaries, which dark matter can't explain with most models of its distribution.

There's some important observational data, including the CMB, but the other big one is unexplained gravitational lensing that isn't easily explained by black holes.

Nope. It turns out it was just bad statistics. There is a high velocity tail in the distribution, which the original paper just took the RMS and never bothered to check the actual distribution. The actual distribution is consistent with the Newtonian prediction. The deep MONDian prediction is ruled out.

Note that people doing this were actually testing MOND. It only applies to to QI because it's just MOND rebranded.
